Yes. It is registered in your name. If you ever switch providers, it goes with you and we hand over the transfer code straight away.

Yes. We take care of the transfer, with no interruption to your website and email.

How do I cancel?

At any time before renewal. The domain stays yours.

Does the price change at renewal?

No. The price you see is also the renewal price.

Where are the emails stored?

On servers in Europe, in line with the GDPR.

How quickly do you get back to me?

Reply within 2 hours (Mon–Fri, 9 am–6 pm, excluding public holidays).

How do I sign the agreement?

You receive a link by email or text message. You open it on your phone, tablet or computer, review the agreement and sign with your finger or the mouse. At an appointment in person you sign directly on our tablet. You receive a copy as a PDF straight away.
